使用SITE04型旋滴界面张力仪测定油石油羧酸盐复配体系界面张力时,转速、注入油滴体积、气泡和进样速度及技巧等因素都对界面张力稳态值产生影响。通过实验研究了其中一些影响因素。结果表明,该仪器的最佳转速范围为2000~4000r/min时,注入油滴体积以0.2~0.8μl为宜;气泡的存在使界面张力测定值明显偏高,而消除气泡较为有效的方法是快而稳地注入油滴。另外,还将SITE04型张力仪的测定值与Texas500型张力仪的测定值进行了对比,结果表明了各自的适用场合。
When measuring the interfacial tension of the oil-carboxylate complex system using the SITE04 rotary droplet interface tensiometer, the factors such as speed of rotation, volume of injected oil droplets, bubble and injection speed, and skill all have an effect on the steady-state value of interfacial tension. Some of these influencing factors are studied experimentally. The results show that when the optimal speed range of the instrument is 2000 ~ 4000r / min, the volume of the injected droplets is 0.2 ~ 0.8μl. The existence of bubbles makes the measured value of interfacial tension obviously higher, and the elimination of air bubbles is more effective The method is to inject oil droplets quickly and steadily. In addition, the measured value of SITE 04 Tensiometer and Texas500 Tensiometer measured values were compared, the results show their respective applications.
