心电高频成分是心肌病变时出现的心电信息的一部分,是以往仅能记录低频成分的普通心电图得不到的。本研究通过对27例糖尿病人及无心脏疾病、糖尿病的正常人作为对照组的普通心电图与高频心电图的比较分析,发现27例糖尿病患者,普通心电图正常25例,异常2例,而高频心电图异常7例,占259%;对照组32例,普通心电图正常30例,异常2例,高频心电图异常1例,两组高频心电图变化相比有显著性差异(p<0025)。提示糖尿病性心肌病变不一定都是冠状动脉供血不足引起,而可能与心脏微血管病变及高血糖对心肌细胞的直接损害有关,同时也提示高频心电图对隐匿性和小灶性心肌缺血与损伤具有一定诊断价值,可作为检查或排除潜在性心肌损害的一种手段
