国内外石油界公认,套管固井水泥环厚度不得小于19.05mm,否则水泥环强度过低,影响今后石油开采作业以及多种不利后果产生。由于地层存在多压力体系原因,不得不使用多层套管结构来实现钻探目的,因而出现了非常规套管结构,套管重叠段也出现了非常规的小间隙。小间隙的出现不但不利于封固质量,而且加大了固井难度。这就为我们提出了如何运用小间隙固井技术提高固井质量的新问题。
The oil industry at home and abroad recognized that the thickness of cementing cementing casing should not be less than 19.05mm, otherwise the strength of cementing ring is too low, which will affect future oil production operations and many adverse consequences. Due to the multi-pressure system in the formation, multi-layer casing structures have to be used for drilling purposes. As a result, unconventional casing structures appear, and unconventional small gaps appear in the overlapping sections of the casing. The appearance of small gaps is not conducive to the quality of sealing, but also increase the difficulty of cementing. This put forward to us how to use the small gap cementing technology to improve the quality of cementing new problems.
