目的:研究人工耳蜗植入术后X线投照技术在临床的重要性。方法:对20例人工耳蜗植入术后患者,采取耳蜗后前位投照检查,观察内耳结构。结果:耳蜗后前位投照能清楚显示内耳孔、耳蜗、上半规管、水平半规管、前庭、内耳道、人工耳蜗电极环绕蜗轴1周等结构。结论:X线耳蜗后前位投照技术是人工耳蜗植入术后评价简单有效的技术,在临床应用上有重要意义。
Objective: To study the clinical importance of X-ray projection technique after cochlear implantation. Methods: Twenty patients with postoperative cochlear implants were examined with the cochlear anterior projection to observe the structure of the inner ear. Results: The posterior cochlear projection can clearly show the inner ear hole, cochlear, upper semicircular canal, horizontal semicircular canal, vestibule, internal auditory meatus, cochlear electrode around the worm 1 week and other structures. Conclusion: X-ray cochlear posterior projection technology is a simple and effective technique after cochlear implantation, which is of great significance in clinical application.
