《孙子兵法》中有这样的论述:“故善战者,求之于势,不责于人”即善战者不是依靠对手不进攻,而是靠自己具有不可被攻破的实力。我国企业正面临着国际市场的激烈竞争,不应该坐以待毙,而是要积极面对竞争,迎接挑战。在竞争中获胜的手段有多种,但要找到适应企业内外环境的竞争策略却很不容易。日本一些著名企业的产品能够遍及世界市场,其原因就是从国际市场的需要出发,竭力为用户服务;追求优良的产品质量,采取灵活多样的经营方式。我国有些企业的产品质量优良,价格适中,但由于不善于进行国际化经营,不善于参与国际市场竞争,在国际市场上企业和产品的知名度均受到影响,企业的规模也难以扩大。这种局面进一步造成企业的竞争力不强,企业素质得不到提高,这种状况如不能尽快改善,在国际竞争中,就有被国外企业击败的可能。因此,在当前转换经营机制,建立现代企业制度的过程中,要特别注意学习和借鉴日本及其它国家企业的国际化经营策略。
“Sun Tzu’s Art of War” has the following statement: “They are good fighters, seeking for momentum and not condemning others.” That is to say, good fighters do not rely on their opponents to attack but rely on their own strength that cannot be exploited. Chinese enterprises are facing fierce competition in the international market. They should not sit still, but must actively face competition and face challenges. There are many ways to win in the competition, but it is not easy to find competitive strategies that suit the internal and external environment of the company. Some of the well-known Japanese companies’ products can cover the world market. The reason is that starting from the needs of the international market, we try our best to serve our customers. We are pursuing excellent product quality and adopting flexible and diversified management methods. Some enterprises in our country have excellent product quality and moderate prices. However, because they are not good at international operations and are not good at participating in international market competition, the popularity of enterprises and products in the international market is affected, and the scale of the company is difficult to expand. This situation further causes the enterprises to be less competitive and the quality of the enterprise cannot be improved. If this situation cannot be improved as quickly as possible, it may be defeated by foreign companies in international competition. Therefore, in the current process of transforming the operating mechanism and establishing a modern enterprise system, special attention should be paid to learning and borrowing from international business strategies of Japanese and other countries.
