喷射冶金包内熔渣是钢—渣—包衬等多相反应的产物。钢渣中含有多种组元,其中氧化物为CaO、SiO_2、Al_2O_3、MnO、FeO、Fe_2O_3、P_2O_5等;硫化物为CaS、MnS、FeS;氟化物为CaF_2。另外冶炼钒、钛稀土钢时,渣中还含有TiO_2、V_2O_5、稀土氧化物、稀土硫化物,稀土硫氧化物等。所以说熔渣是一种多组元的熔体。喷射冶金,喷射后包内形成的熔渣是来自多方面元素熔合而成的。其中有出钢时带入的原炼钢炉渣;有喷吹时形成的熔渣;还有少部分包衬熔蚀下来的耐火材
