欧洲共同体与非洲、加勒比海和太平洋地区国家的经济关系是欧洲共同体与发展中国家关系的一个重要方面。它的存在和发展不但对双方经济发展有很大影响,而且对当代国际经济关系的改善和建立国际经济新秩序都具有积极的意义。一、经济关系的主要内容和特点欧洲共同体与非、加、太国家之间的经济关系应追溯到共同体成立之初。在筹组共同体时,法国等拥有殖民地的国家要求在共同市场成立之后,不中断宗主国和殖民地的关系,希望把六国实施的经济一体化措施扩大到它们的海外域地。经过成员国反复磋商,达成协议,建立了联系制度。但当时联系的主要是撒哈拉以南的非洲国家。
The economic relations between the European Community and the countries of Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific are an important aspect of the European Community’s relations with developing countries. Its existence and development not only have a great impact on the economic development of both sides, but also have positive significance to the improvement of the current international economic relations and the establishment of a new international economic order. I. Main Contents and Characteristics of Economic Relations The economic relations between the European Community and non-Canadian and Pacific countries should be traced back to the beginning of the establishment of the community.
