在实际生产中奶牛能量负平衡是不可避免的，产奶量越高负平衡越严重，这将直接影响奶牛的生产性能。通过在日粮中添加油脂来缓解能量负平衡是一种有效的途径。文章综述了近年来在奶牛日粮中添加棕榈油对奶牛的干物质采食量的影响、产奶量及乳成分的影响、奶牛乳中脂肪酸组成的影响、血液生化指标的影响等内容。
