多效唑是江苏省农药研究所和建湖农药厂开发的三唑类植物生长延缓剂,1985年中国水稻研究所首先采用了多效唑对连晚秧苗的控长效应,应用效果、施用技术,作用原理等进行详细研究,结果表明,多效唑有明显的控长促蘖,防止败苗、促进早发,增穗增产作用。但喷过多效唑的秧田对后作水稻有残效,引起稻苗矮化,发育不良,结实下降等不良效应,多效唑在土壤中持久残留。人们深为关注。为了介其在水稻秧田中持久性及在水稻植株中的残留情况,为制定安全使用标准提供依据。江苏省农药研究所于1988年至1990年在江苏省吴江县、江西省星子县进行了多效唑在水稻秧田中持久性研究,并测定了稻米中最终残留量。
