本文讨论表面轮廓参数,并用计算机辅助手段,研究信号数字处理技术往分析计算表面轮廓中的应用。作者研制了一个分析表面轮廓的数字系统。系统是由通用测试仪器及电子计算机组成。通过这个系统不但可以计算ISO/468规定的Ra,Ry,Rz,Sm,S,tp等六个表面轮廓参数,还可以籍助计算机软件对表面轮廓随机过程的特征量,包括均值与方差,振幅及斜率概率函数,自相关函数,功率谱密度函数进行计算。通过计算机软件的进一步开发,可以比商品轮廓仪得出更多的表面轮廓特征参数,为进一步研究表面轮廓提供有用的信息。文中举出车削已加工表面轮廓的分析计算作为本系统应用的实例。
This article discusses the surface profile parameters, and computer-assisted methods to study the digital signal processing technology to analyze and calculate the surface profile of the application. The author developed a digital system for analyzing surface profiles. The system is made up of common test instruments and electronic computers. Through this system, not only the six surface profile parameters such as Ra, Ry, Rz, Sm, S, tp and so on specified in ISO / 468 can be calculated, but also the characteristic quantities of the random process of surface profile, including mean and variance, amplitude And slope probability function, autocorrelation function and power spectral density function. Through the further development of computer software, more surface profile parameters can be obtained than the product profilometer, which can provide useful information for further study of the surface profile. The article lists the machining calculation of the machined surface profile as an example of the application of this system.
