报道了采用激光二极管(LD)阵列部分端面抽运Nd∶YVO4板条声光(AO)调Q激光输出特性。实验中采用了平-凹稳定谐振腔,输入镜曲率半径500 mm,输出透射率为T=35%,腔长为L=110 mm。Nd∶YVO4板条晶体尺寸为12 mm×10 mm×1 mm,a轴切割,c轴平行于12 mm方向,掺杂浓度为0.3%。在抽运功率为104 W,重复频率为40 kHz时,得到最高平均输出功率为40 W,单脉冲能量为1 mJ,脉宽为42.2 ns,光-光转换效率为38.4%;在重复频率为20 kHz时,得到最高平均输出功率为33.3 W,单脉冲能量为1.66 mJ,最短脉宽为21.1 ns。
The output characteristics of anodically and acousto-optic (Q-switched) Q-switched Nd: YVO4 wafers by end-pumped laser diode (LD) arrays are reported. In the experiment, a flat-concave stable resonator was used. The input mirror radius of curvature was 500 mm, the output transmittance was T = 35% and the cavity length was L = 110 mm. The crystal size of Nd:YVO4 slab is 12 mm × 10 mm × 1 mm, the a-axis is cut, the c-axis is parallel to the direction of 12 mm, and the doping concentration is 0.3%. At the pumping power of 104 W and the repetition frequency of 40 kHz, the maximum average output power is 40 W, the pulse energy is 1 mJ, the pulse width is 42.2 ns and the light-to-light conversion efficiency is 38.4%. When the repetition frequency is At 20 kHz, the highest average output power was 33.3 W, the single pulse energy was 1.66 mJ, and the shortest pulse width was 21.1 ns.
