针对目前智能变电站采样值(sampled measured value,SMV)与面向对象的变电站通用事件(generic object oriented substation event,GOOSE)报文的分网传输结构,研究智能变电站继电保护系统的可靠性,建立主变保护、线路保护以及母线保护的可靠性框图模型,运用最小路集法计算保护可靠性。结果表明,在报文分网传输方式下,线路保护和主变保护的可靠性相当,母线保护的可靠性较低。进一步选择Birnhaum重要度和关键重要度指标对智能变电站继电保护系统进行元件重要度衡定,分析各个保护系统中的薄弱环节。
In view of the current sub-network transmission structure of sampled measured value (SMV) and object-oriented generic object oriented substation event (GOOSE) message, the reliability of relay protection system in intelligent substation is studied. Variable protection, line protection and busbar protection reliability block diagram model, the use of the minimum road set method to calculate the protection of reliability. The results show that the reliability of line protection and main transformer protection are equivalent in the transmission mode of message sub-network, and the reliability of bus protection is low. Further select Birnhaum importance and key importance indicators of intelligent substation relay protection system component importance to measure and analyze the weaknesses in various protection systems.
