休闲体育专业是近几年伴随着我国体育产业和体育市场的快速发展而蓬勃兴起的一个专业,人才市场的呼唤要求高校在人才培养机制上要有所创新,而直接面向社会、面向市场的休闲体育专业更需要培养具有经营、指导、管理、服务体育实践的应用型人才,因此创新校外实践基地的建设对于休闲体育专业人才培养至关重要。采用文献资料法、实地考察法、个案研究法等研究方法,以杭州师范大学休闲体育专业校外创新实践基地建设为研究对象,以人才培养方案、市场需要、行业特点、人才规格和能力构成要素等方面为切入点,探讨实习实践基地建设中的现状、问题和对策。研究认为:丰富实践形式,把学生的实习实践嵌入到每个学期之中;加强教师队伍建设,聘用双师型专业兼职教师;借助行业协会的力量协调学校与实习基地的关系,化解公私利益的矛盾;借助媒体力量,创新招聘模式;参照欧美发展模式,推进专业国际化发展;以行业协会为中介,规范学生与实习单位双向选择的程序;研制评价体系,落实评价标准等是休闲体育专业校外实践基地建设中的有效途径。
Leisure sports specialty is a profession which has been booming with the rapid development of China’s sports industry and sports market in recent years. The call of the talent market demands that colleges and universities should make innovations in the mechanism of talent cultivation, while directly facing the society and market-oriented leisure Sports majors also need to cultivate applied talents with management, guidance, management and service sports practice. Therefore, building innovative practice majors is crucial to the training of leisure sports professionals. Taking the research methods of literature review, field investigation and case study, taking Hangzhou Normal University as an example, this dissertation focuses on the construction of innovative practice base for out-of-school leisure sports specialty in Hangzhou Normal University, with talent training programs, market needs, industry characteristics, talent specifications and capacity components. As an entry point, this paper discusses the status quo, problems and countermeasures in the construction of practice base. The research thinks that enriching the practice form embeds students’ internship practice into each semester; strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, hiring the part-time teachers of the double major; using the power of the industrial association to coordinate the relationship between the school and the practice base to resolve the public-private interests Contradictions; with the help of media forces, innovative recruitment model; with reference to the development mode of Europe and the United States to promote the internationalization of professional development; industry associations as an intermediary, standardize the two-way selection of students and internship program; development of evaluation system, implementation of evaluation criteria and so on Effective Way in Construction of Practice Base.
