随着经济社会的快速发展,水文系统遥测雨量站的建设密度已不能完全满足对区域性洪水、山洪地质灾害的预警预报,以及经济、人口发展需要,迫切要求发展测雨雷达,以提高面雨量观测精度及降雨发展趋势预测,更准确地为决策部门提供有效数据。为此,大理水文局与相关测雨雷达研发单位合作在大理州洱海流域建设多普勒测雨雷达观测系统试验基地,为测雨雷达的有效推广迈出重要的一步。结合测雨雷达工作原理以及水文现状,阐述测雨雷达的建设任务及目标,并展望测雨雷达在水文建设中的发展前景。
With the rapid economic and social development, the density of telemetry rainfall stations in hydrological systems can not fully meet the needs of early warning and forecast of regional floods and flash floods, as well as economic and demographic needs. It is urgent to develop rain radar to increase surface rainfall Observation accuracy and forecasting of rainfall trends, and more accurately provide effective data for decision-making departments. To this end, Dali Hydrographic Bureau and the relevant rain radar research and development units in Dali Prefecture Erhai Lake basin Doppler radar radar observation system to build experimental base for the effective promotion of precipitation radar has taken an important step. Combined with the working principle of rain radar and the status quo of hydrology, the task and target of rain radar construction are expounded and the prospect of rain radar in hydrological construction is prospected.
