大容量、高参数水轮机组的叶片材料要求足够高的强度,以及良好的塑性、韧性配合,尤其是在大截面上的性能。本文介绍了中合金钢Cr8CuMo钢的基本性能及直径300和500mm的大截面性能,并与国内外水轮机常用高合金钢Cr13Ni4Mo及Cr13Ni6Mo钢作了比较,发现Cr8CuMo钢具有与高合金钢相似的水下疲劳性能、抗气蚀性能。研究结果表明,Cr8CuMo钢达到了制造大型机组叶片的要求,即σ_(0.2)≥45kG/mm~2,σ_b≥65kG/mm~2,δ≥12%,φ≥30%,α_k≥5kG·m/cm~2。采用中合金钢制造叶片,可以大大节约合金元素。
