一、前言 长期以来,炭化硅一直被当做“惰性灰尘”的典型代表,学者们经人体及实验病理学研究均断定其无致纤维化的作用。在一些专著中曾指出:“炭化硅的粉尘几乎可以肯定是没有致纤维化的潜能的”、“没有证据足以表明炭化硅能引起尘肺”、“炭化硅不能引起尘肺”的结论。因而,近三十年来,关于炭化硅的研究报道甚少。 我们正是为了探讨炭化硅是否也有致肺纤维化作用,以及是否能引起其它组织反应的问题,而进行了本次实验的。
First, the preface For a long time, silicon carbide has been treated as a typical representative of “inert dust”, scholars have concluded that its non-fibrinolytic effect by human and experimental pathology. In a number of monographs it has been pointed out: “Powdered silicon carbide is almost certain to have no potential for fibrosis,” “there is no evidence that silicon carbide can cause pneumoconiosis,” and “silicon carbide does not cause pneumoconiosis.” Therefore, little research has been reported on silicon carbide in the past thirty years. We conducted this experiment to investigate whether silicon carbide also has the effect of inducing pulmonary fibrosis and whether it can cause the reaction of other tissues.
