作者对45例重症乙型肝炎患者检测了血液非特异性免疫因素的浓度水平,并对其判断预后所起的作用作了评价。根据临床表现把研究对象分为三组:第一组为16例无急性肝功能衰竭的重症肝炎患者;第二组为21例有急性肝功能衰竭、处于肝性昏迷Ⅰ～Ⅱ级、以后病情好转进入恢复期的重症肝炎患者;第三组为8例有急性肝功能衰竭、处于肝性昏迷Ⅰ～Ⅱ级、以后病情恶化转入肝性昏迷Ⅲ～Ⅳ级的重症肝炎患者。全部研究对象HBsAg均为阳性,在研究观察期间都得到了合理的救治。
