一、本文以不同剂量的海貝散片溶于咖啡因試验食中采取胃液,发现試验各組与对照試验之胃酸分泌曲綫不同,試验各組皆显示了不同程度的制酸作用。二、6.0克試验組制酸作用較长,約为105分钟左右,2.0克試验組制酸作用较短,仅15分左右。4.0克試验組在前二者之間,約为60分左右。三、海貝散的制酸机制可能与其主要成分海螵蛸中的磷酸鈣等有关,这些弱酸盐首先将游离盐酸化为弱酸,从而发揮了制酸作用。象貝母是否亦参与了制酸机制,尚应进一步研究。
