随着当前科技水平的不断迈进,煤矿机械设备的功能也更加强大和复杂,这种趋势一方面减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,提高了机械性能,但是同时,这也为煤矿机械设备的维修带来了很大的难题,煤矿机械的设备维护是多个学科的综合系统,对维修人员提出了相当高的要求,一般的现场和管理人员很难完成相关的维修任务。在研究了当前煤矿机械特点的基础上,提出了一个基于数据库的能够实现远程诊断和维修的智能化系统,通过该系统的使用,可以在很大程度上缓解当前煤矿机械设备维修带来的难题。
