本文针对中小学教师主题游击式校本研修和过程哑铃式课题研究的现状,在学校尝试开展基于课题研究的校本研修活动。通过以“疑难问题”为切口的主题提炼、以“文献研究”为导向的深度阅读、以“项目推进”为特点的行动研究、以“过程反思”为内容的系列写作和以“成果共享”为目的的论坛讲演等系列活动,聚焦校本研修主题,扎实课题研究过程,从而促进教师专业发展。
