Based on the reality of minority areas, this article discusses the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of teacher burnout, and puts forward the following suggestions: First, establish an effective social support network to form a reasonable evaluation mechanism; secondly, increase investment in education in ethnic minority areas to improve teachers’ treatment; Third, to subsidize teachers to carry out training so as to promote the professional development of teachers.
