针对南水北调中线干渠河北段在冬季面临冰情威胁的情况,综合分析国内外河冰相关研究成果,提出干线河北段冬季运行、试运行及运行初期,应从安全角度出发,通过控制全线各断面弗汝德数保证平封冰盖形成.建立了南水北调中线河北段的全线明渠几何模型、简化建筑物模型、全线恒定渐变流、非恒定流模拟模型;确定了冰盖平封的弗汝德数控制目标;模拟计算并分析了水力控制对分水口取水量分配的限制.
