近年来由于脑脊液(CSF)细胞学广泛开展,脑膜癌瘤病生前确诊病例逐渐增多,但疗效多不满意。确诊后病程一般不超过半年。本文由CSF细胞学发现瘤细胞确诊两例脑膜癌瘤病,其中例1化疗后完全缓解,且已随访1年未见复发,实属少见。现报告如下。例1,女,29岁。因有眼及头部胀痛伴呕吐、复视3天,睁眼费力1天,于88年9月8日住院。此次发病前后均无发烧。两年前因“纵膈非何杰金淋巴瘤”在肿瘤医院化疗1个疗程“痊愈”出院。以后又间断化
