目的:对狼毒大戟的萜类成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱层析色谱技术分离并纯化化合物,根据理化性质及波谱技术鉴定其结构。结果:从狼毒大戟的乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到8个二萜化合物和3个三萜化合物,分别鉴定为岩大戟内酯A(1),岩大戟内酯B(2),prostratin(3),ent-kaurane-3-oxo-16α,17-diol(4),antiquorin(5),neriifolene(6),ent-ati-sane-3β,16α,17-triol(7),kauranoic acid(8),乙酰木油树酸(9),24-亚甲基环木菠萝烷醇(10),乙酰羽扇豆醇(11)。结论:化合物4-10为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective: To study the terpenoids of Euphorbia Euphorbia. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectroscopic techniques. Results: Eight diterpene compounds and three triterpene compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Euphorbia euphorbiae, and identified as epirubicin A (1), epirubicin B (2) prostratin (3), ent-kaurane-3-oxo-16α, 17-diol (4), antiquorin (5), neriifolene (6), ent-ati- sane-3β, 16α, 17-triol acid (8), acetyl oleate (9), 24-methylenecycloartanol (10), acetyl lupine (11). Conclusion: Compound 4-10 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
