近年来,我国社会组织发展迅猛,政府成为促进其发展的主要推手。本文以苏南地区A市一个社会组织为例,描述其在所处的制度环境中如何拓展行动空间和自主性的过程。通过对政府组织与社会组织各自行动空间和特征的描述,以及二者重塑边界可能性的探讨,本文认为在一个国家占主导地位的制度环境中,政府让渡出一定的权力和行动空间对社会组织的发展将会产生一定的积极影响。 In recent years, the social organizations in our country have witnessed rapid development and the government has become the main promoter of their development. Taking a social organization in A city of southern Jiangsu as an example, this article describes how to expand the space for action and autonomy in the institutional environment.
