随着吊装行业的不断发展,履带式起重机主副双钩协同作业功能被开发出来,并广泛应用于地铁建设中盾构的吊装等作业中,为地铁施工节省了吊装场地,降低了吊装成本。但随之也出现了一些不遵循此功能技术要求,随意增加此功能或无控制程序下的违章作业,给设备本身及施工过程都带来了诸多不确定的安全隐患。就履带式起重机主副双钩协同作业功能的技术要求与要点进行梳理,对起重机起重能力、设计过程中应考虑的主要附加载荷、力矩限制器系统的安全保护功能、控制器对危险作业的限制与保护、突然卸载时防后倾系统安全性考虑等设计要点进行分析探讨。
