目的 获得西昌市钉螺的生态数据,并评价采用标记重捕技术研究钉螺生态的可行性。方法 连续一年每月在西昌市钉螺孳生地选择3条沟渠,应用Bailey’s Triple Catch技术,捕获、标记和重捕钉螺,计算钉螺的数量、出生率和死亡率。结果 经χ2检验有6个月捕获钉螺存在不随机的偏差,每米沟渠钉螺数量在83~4 13只,一些月份钉螺出生率和死亡率的结果在此范围之外。结论 标记重捕技术可用于钉螺生态的研究,为取得更好的结果,建议延长捕获钉螺的间隔时间,并保证捕螺的随机性。
Objective To obtain the ecological data of snails in Xichang and to evaluate the feasibility of studying the ecology of snails using marker recapture techniques. Methods Three ditches were selected monthly for the snail breeding site in Xichang for one year. Bailey’s Triple Catch technique was used to capture, mark and re-capture the snails. The number of snails, birth rate and mortality were calculated. Results There was no random deviation of snail caught in 6 months after χ2 test. The number of snail in each ditch was 83 ~ 413, and the results of snail birth and mortality in some months were beyond this range. Conclusion Marker-recapture technique can be used for the study of snail ecology. In order to obtain better results, it is recommended to extend the interval for snail capture and ensure the randomness of snail-catching.
