文章首先在广义的层面上提出开放存取(OA)的定义,并以此为准绳,以广东地区公共图书馆为主要对象,调查公共图书馆利用OA资源的情况。在对公共图书馆工作人员及读者利用OA资源情况调查分析的基础上,指出公共图书馆在利用OA资源中存在的问题。调查结果显示,公共图书馆读者对OA资源有一定的需求,但公共图书馆由于各种内部及外部因素限制,未能为读者提供优质的OA资源信息服务。
First of all, the article puts forward the definition of open access (OA) at a broad level and uses it as the criterion to take public libraries in Guangdong as the main object to investigate the situation of public libraries using OA resources. Based on the investigation and analysis of the use of OA resources by public library staff and readers, this paper points out the problems existing in the utilization of OA resources by public libraries. The survey results show that public library readers have some demand for OA resources, but due to various internal and external factors, public libraries have failed to provide readers with high-quality OA resource information services.
