从2007年至今,移动通信行业内外部环境发生了较大变化,移动通信运营商进入了收减支增的时代。中国移动广东公司的财务集中管理工作顺应时代变化,经历了做好会计、管好业务和业财共赢三步曲,从关注会计核算工作“质量”和“效率”向关注业财融合“效益”、“风险”和“平衡”深入,对面临转型期的大中型企业财务管理工作有一定借鉴意义。
Since 2007, great changes have taken place in the internal and external environment of the mobile communication industry, and mobile communication operators have entered an era of increasing revenue and decreasing expenditure. The financial centralized management of China Mobile Guangdong Co., Ltd. complied with the changes of the times and went through three steps of good accounting, good business management and win-win of the industry. From focusing on the accounting work “quality ” and “efficiency ”, Financial and Economic Cooperation, “Benefit”, “Risk” and “Balance”. It is of some reference to the financial management of large and medium-sized enterprises in the transitional period.
