As the society develops,music plays a crucial role in a time when human civilization is improving and people’s knowledge of music is the determining factor in everything that happens around music.However,it is still a severe phenomenon that college students don’t know very much about music even if we are in an age when quality-oriented education is called for.This paper is committed to analyze the phenomenon as we work together to make music accessible to non-music majors.
