【多元化】台湾菜,不在其形式与味道,而在其承载的文化,文化的多样性决定了台湾菜的非传统与糅合。台湾与福建一水之隔,可以说闽菜是其根基,台湾菜中自然少不了福建沿海一带的渔家风味。台湾先后长期被荷兰殖民、被日本统治,饮食文化中也有了它们的遗风。加之大陆各省的饮食文化不断汇入其中,尤其深受川、湘、粤及客家人的影响,经过几十年的发展与融合,形成了当今多元特色的台湾菜。
[Diversity] Taiwan cuisine, not in its form and taste, and in its carrying culture, cultural diversity determines the non-traditional Taiwan cuisine and blend. Taiwan and Fujian across the water, it can be said that Fujian is its foundation, Taiwanese cuisine in the natural and ultimately fishermen flavor along the coast. Taiwan has long been colonized by the Netherlands and has been ruled by Japan and has also had its legacy in the food culture. In addition, the food culture in various provinces of the continent continues to flow into it. In particular, it is greatly influenced by Sichuan, Hunan, Guangdong and Hakka. After several decades of development and integration, it has formed today’s diverse Taiwanese cuisine.
