以对硝基苯甲酸、对甲苯磺酰胺和五氯化磷为原料合成中间体对硝基苯甲腈,然后再与叠氮钠、氯化铵反应制得5′-(对硝基苯基)-四唑。收率96.1%。易提纯。用于 DNA 片段合成,效果很好。
P-Nitrobenzoic acid, p-toluenesulfonamide and phosphorus pentachloride were used as starting materials to synthesize p-nitrobenzonitrile which was then reacted with sodium azide and ammonium chloride to obtain 5 ’- (p-nitrophenyl ) -tetrazole. Yield 96.1%. Easy to purify. For DNA fragment synthesis, the effect is very good.
