谦卑型领导已经成为领导学、心理学和认知神经科学研究的新热点,但其内在机制仍然缺乏科学合理的解释。本文以自我构念为切入点,在领导学与认知神经科学的视野中,提出了以自我构念为核心的谦卑型领导机制理论模型,并对未来研究进行了展望。该研究抓住了当前国外领导学研究的新动向,填补了当前研究的空白之处,该理论模型及其指导下的实证研究成果不仅可以弥补已有研究的不足,同时还可以为企业领导者培养的实践提供启示。
Humble leadership has become a new hot spot in leadership, psychology and cognitive neuroscience research, but its internal mechanism still lacks a scientific and reasonable explanation.
