Some heads of state belong to tenure. Under normal circumstances, the chiefs serve until their death. In abnormal circumstances, the leaders who have been overthrown by force are either executed or exiled. However, a few heads of state in these countries have also voluntarily abdicated. After they step down, they lead a peaceful life. The Holy Roman Emperor, King of Spain Charles V, who failed in the war and decided to abdicate, handed over German sovereignty to his son Philip, who himself retired to a convent in Spain. Set in a hill of acorns and trees, the monastery is extremely luxurious and some cutlery is crafted in pure gold. He is listening to music, hearing sermons, playing with mechanical toys for recreation. As Charlie V reigned for 40 years after his retirement, he was deeply touched by the hard work of governing the country. His honor and performance have been so weak that he was deeply immersed in religion in his later years
