教师道德教育的构建应该是从他律到自律的过程,是教师接受外部影响并将道德规范要求内化为自己的道德需要的过程。影响教师职业道德的外部因素很多,例如教师生活的社会环境,各种思想、文化环境、生活环境、学校环境等。作为学校管理者,应采取有效措施,为教师良好道德的形成创造良好的外部环境;作为教师,要通过不断学习,在教育教学工作实践中,加强道德修养,把教师职业道德的要求内化为自己的观点、信念,成为支配、控制自己思想、情感、行为的内在力量。因此,新世纪有必要加强对教师道德教育的策略研究。
The construction of teacher’s moral education should be the process from self-discipline to self-discipline. It is the process that teachers accept the external influence and internalize the requirements of morality as their own moral needs. There are many external factors that affect the professional ethics of teachers, such as the social environment, various thoughts, cultural environment, living environment and school environment of teachers.
