一些二氢和四氢苯并硫氮杂革被制备,它们的红外、紫外和核磁共振谱被研究。发现这类化合物的立体化学很有意思,特别在C-4上有苯基取代的化合物更引起注意。我们测定了以下三个化合物的晶体结构,进一步阐明这类化合物的立体化学和结构特性。
Some dihydro and tetrahydrobenzothiazepines were prepared and their IR, UV and NMR spectra were studied. Stereochemistry of these compounds was found to be interesting, with particular attention given to phenyl-substituted compounds at C-4. We measured the crystal structures of the following three compounds to further elucidate the stereochemical and structural properties of these compounds.
