目的了解近几年来玉林市学龄前营养状况情况。方法对2008～2012年玉林市幼儿园学龄前儿童营养状况检查结果进行统计分析。结果 5年共检查1 576例学龄前儿童,体重达标1 310例,达标率为83.12%,营养不良21例,营养不良率为1.33%,肥胖105例,肥胖率为6.66%。各年度比较,体重达标率呈上增长发趋势发展,差异有统计学意义(自由度为4,χ2=21.70,P<0.01)。营养不良及肥胖度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论玉林市幼儿园儿童营养状况良好,营养不良及肥胖两极儿童发生率低。
Objective To understand the nutritional status of preschool children in Yulin City in recent years. Methods The nutritional status of preschool children in kindergartens from 2008 to 2012 was analyzed statistically. Results A total of 1 576 preschool children were examined in 5 years. The body weight reached 1 310. The compliance rate was 83.12%. Malnutrition was found in 21 cases. Malnutrition rate was 1.33%, obesity was 105, and obesity rate was 6.66%. In each year, the rate of weight gain was increased and the trend of weight gain was developed. The difference was statistically significant (degree of freedom was 4, χ2 = 21.70, P <0.01). Malnutrition and obesity, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The nutrition status of children in Yulin Kindergarten is good, and the incidence of malnutrition and obesity is low.
