采用含毒介质法，进行了１４种杀菌剂对芒果细菌性黑斑病菌的室内毒力测定．结果表明：链霉素、代森锰锌、福美锌以及７０１２抑菌效果最好，抑菌最低有效浓度小于４０μｇ／ｍＬ，其次是９３０１、ＤＴ、ＣＴＭ、乙磷铝等７种药剂，抑菌最低有效浓度３００～７００μｇ／ｍＬ；而多菌灵、００１８、叶枯净效果最差．试验浓度达１０００μｇ／ｍＬ仍无效。
Indoor toxicities of 14 kinds of fungicides to Alternaria brassicae were tested by toxic media method. The results showed that streptomycin, mancozeb, thiram and 7012 had the best bacteriostasis effect, the lowest bacteriostatic concentration was less than 40μg / mL, followed by 7 agents including 9301, DT, CTM, The lowest effective concentration of 300 ~ 700μg / mL; and carbendazim, 0018, the net effect of leaf blight the worst. Test concentration of 1000μg / mL still invalid.
