为系统地掌握我国有关隧道路面设计影响因素的研究现状,通过调查现有隧道存在的病害,评述隧道基础支撑条件和环境条件对隧道路面相关性能的影响,收集了以材料为基础的隧道路面结构组合类型。结果表明:隧道路面水泥混凝土磨光现象较多,隧道路面设计一般只考虑结构厚度和材料模量,提高基岩模量、基层厚度可使路面结构更稳定;隧道路面内部温度差远小于计算得到的临界温度差,设计时可将缩缝间距增加一倍或更长;结合不同材料的特性,通过特有的结构组合可实现抗滑、阻燃、降噪等功能。
