目的 :对云南西双版纳产的景洪哥纳香 ( Goniothalamus cheliensis Hu.)树皮的化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定。方法 :采用各种色谱技术进行分离 ,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 :分离得到 4个化合物 ,鉴定为景洪哥纳香碱 ( cheliensisine, ) ,景洪哥纳香胺 ( cheliensisam ine, ) ,景洪哥纳香内酰胺甲 ( 10 -氨基 - 4-羟基 - 3,8-二甲氧基菲 - 1-羧酸内酰胺 ,cheliensisam A, ) ,景洪哥纳香内酰胺乙 ( 10 -氨基 - 4,8-二羟基 - 3-甲氧基菲 - 1-羧酸内酰胺 ,cheliensisam B, )。 结论 :所有化合物均为新化合物 ,其中 和 为从哥纳香属中发现的两种新结构类型的生物碱 , 和 为首次发现的 A环为 4-羟基 - 3-甲氧基取代的菲内酰胺生物碱。
Objective : To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of the bark of Goniothalamus cheliensis Hu. from Xishuangbanna, Yunnan. Methods: Separation was performed using various chromatographic techniques and structural identification was performed based on physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Four compounds were isolated and identified as chungensisine, cheliensisam ine, Jinghong and ganolactone (10-amino-4-hydroxyl). 3,8-Dimethoxyphenanthrene-l-carboxylic acid lactam, cheliensisam A, ), Jinghong ganacetamide B (10-amino- 4,8-dihydroxy-3-methoxyphenanthrene - 1 - Carboxamides, Cheliensis am B, ). Conclusion: All compounds are novel compounds, among which are two new structural types of alkaloids found in Gynos, and the first discovered A-ring is 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy substituted phenanthrene.
