为研究脊髓颈段受损的新生儿肾上腺糖皮质激素功能和确定缺氧因素的作用,取新生儿脐血及5~7天血浆用放免法测氢化可的松含量。56例新生儿分三组:一组10例健康儿为对照组。二组为8例产程中缺氧的新生儿。三组为38例脊髓受损儿,又分两个亚组,3A 组为24例脊髓C_5~C_8段受损儿,3B 组为14例脊髓C_1~C_4段受损儿。所有新生儿均于出生时和生后5~7天进行监测。
In order to study the function of neonatal adrenocortical glucocorticoid and the role of hypoxia in neonatal cervical spinal cord injury, cord blood was taken from neonates and plasma levels of hydrocortisone were determined by radioimmunoassay in 5 to 7 days. 56 newborns divided into three groups: a group of 10 healthy children for the control group. The second group was 8 neonates with hypoxia during labor. Three groups of 38 cases of spinal cord injury, sub-divided into two sub-groups, 3A group of 24 cases of C_5 ~ C_8 spinal cord injury children, 3B group of 14 cases of C_1 ~ C_4 spinal cord injury. All newborns are monitored at birth and 5 to 7 days after birth.
