当代文艺理论家、美学家、翻译家吕荧以翻译俄国普希金等人的作品、评价苏联文学、研究国内革命文学等为主攻方向。文学论文集《人的花朵》、《文学的倾向》,译著普希金诗体小说《欧根·奥涅金》,奠定了他左翼文学评论家、翻译家的地位。其“美是观念”、“美是人的社会意识”的美学思想为当代美学研究开辟了新的方向。而他一生追求真理、为美学直言、为胡风申辩、为艺术献身的崇高品格,将永远嵌入民族的灵魂和历史的丰碑。
Contemporary literary theorist, esthetician, translator Lu Ying translates the works of Russia's Pushkin et al., Evaluates Soviet literature, and studies domestic revolutionary literature as the main direction. Literary anthology “Human Flowers”, “Literary Tendency”, translated Pushkin poetry novel “Eugen Onegin”, laid the left-wing literary critic, translator's position. The aesthetic ideas of “beauty is concept” and “beauty is human's social consciousness” open up a new direction for contemporary aesthetics research. And his pursuit of truth in his life, aesthetically speaking, defending Hu Feng and sacrificing his noble character for art, will forever be embedded in the soul of the nation and a monument of history.
