随着我国市场经济趋势的不断激化,涉及人力资源管理战略性激励模式,开始迅速转变为各类企业长效可持续发展的核心指导媒介。在此类背景影响下,笔者决定针对现阶段我国企业人力资源的制度、管理激励辩证统一性关系加以客观校验,同时结合制度性激励途径构筑起专业化人力资源培养控制体系,希望能够针对日后我国企业改革转型提供更为丰富的指导性建议。 With the continuous intensification of the market economy trend in our country, the strategic incentive model involving human resources management has begun to rapidly transform itself into a core guiding medium for long-term and sustainable development of all kinds of enterprises. Under the background of this kind of background, I decided to objectively verify the unity of the human resource management system and management incentive system in our country at the present stage, and at the same time establish a professional human resource control system by combining institutional incentive ways, China’s reform and transformation of enterprises to provide more extensive guidance.
