采用生态学研究的方法,探讨鱼露摄入与胃癌死亡率之间的相关关系。研究地点为1989~1990年曾进行死因回顾性调查的乡(镇、区或街道)。结果表明,不论单因素或多元回归分析均发现鱼露摄入与胃癌死亡率之间存在的正相关。说明鱼露摄入可能是福建省胃癌高发的重要病因之一。
The relationship between fish sauce intake and gastric cancer mortality was investigated using an ecological approach. The site of the study was a township (town, district, or street) that had undergone a retrospective review of the cause of death from 1989 to 1990. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between fish sauce intake and gastric cancer mortality regardless of single factor or multiple regression analysis. It shows that the intake of fish sauce may be one of the important causes of the high incidence of gastric cancer in Fujian Province.
