早在2004年,我就在演讲中与咨询项目中推荐海底捞,推崇其“客户价值”做得好。后来经由朋友引荐,我与海底捞总裁张勇见了面,这次沟通留给我印象最深的,是张勇很诚恳地对我说,海底捞的发展还是要靠制度与流程,而不完全是大家夸耀的“服务”。这让我对他很尊敬,觉得在众人的吹捧中能够保持清醒着实不易。
As early as 2004, I did a good job of recommending sea fishing and consulting its “customer value” in my speech and consulting projects.
