吸附质在活性炭基吸附剂上吸附规律研究

通过研究活性炭种类、活性炭改性及改性活性组分含量等因素对活性炭吸附剂性能的影响,得到不同种类吸附质(以苯、SO2、H2S、NH3为代表物)在活性炭吸附剂上的吸附规律。结果表明:吸附类型为物理吸附,使用具有丰富的微孔孔道结构的吸附剂效果较佳,如未改性的椰壳炭;SO2和H2S为化学吸附和物理吸附同时存在,使用低含量过渡金属改性的煤质炭吸附剂效果较佳,而NH3为纯化学吸附,使用高含量过渡金属改性的煤质炭吸附剂效果较佳。 The adsorption of different kinds of adsorbents (represented by benzene, SO2, H2S and NH3) on activated carbon adsorbents was obtained by studying the effect of activated carbon types, activated carbon modification and modified active components on the performance of activated carbon adsorbents law. The results showed that: the adsorption type is physical adsorption, and the adsorbent with rich micropore pore structure is better, such as unmodified coconut shell charcoal; SO2 and H2S exist both for chemical adsorption and physical adsorption, and low content of transition metal Modified coal charcoal adsorbent is better, and NH3 is pure chemical adsorption, the use of high content of transition metal modified coal charcoal adsorbent is better.
