随着激光技术的飞速发展,激光的输出能量越来越高,带来了激光能量参数测量方面的新问题。为了研究水冷却技术在能量计中的应用,对水循环式激光能量计的热传导过程进行了分析,将非稳态的传热过程离散成连续反馈的微型稳态传热过程,建立了一个计算模型。模型的计算结果表明,能量计输出温度曲线出现了类阻尼振荡特征。探索了曲线特征成因,得到类阻尼振荡现象的主要影响因素为激光辐照区域与无热源区域的比例。根据模型参数搭建模拟装置,通过实验验证了计算得到的曲线特征。
With the rapid development of laser technology, laser output energy is higher and higher, bringing new problems in the measurement of laser energy parameters. In order to study the application of water cooling technology in energy meter, the heat conduction process of water circulation laser energy meter is analyzed, and the unsteady heat transfer process is discretized into the micro steady state heat transfer process with continuous feedback.
