目的对传统常规照射技术和适形照射技术的剂量分布进行评价,以指导临床选择安全的放射技术治疗Graves眼病。方法经螺旋CT模拟定位,将影像传入治疗计划系统,应用治疗计划系统设计不同射野,获取剂量、体积直方图和剂量分布图,评价常规照射技术和适形照射技术靶区内剂量、靶区适合度及周围正常组织受照剂量。结论适形照射技术优于常规照射技术,它可获得较好的靶区适合度和高剂量分布,并降低周围正常组织受照剂量。
Objective To evaluate the dose distribution of traditional and conformal irradiation techniques to guide the clinical selection of safe radiation therapy for Graves ophthalmopathy. Methods The images were introduced into the treatment planning system by means of the spiral CT. The therapeutic planning system was used to design different fields, and the dose, volume histogram and dose distribution were obtained. The dose and target of conventional irradiation and conformal irradiation were evaluated. District fitness and surrounding normal tissue dose. Conclusion The conformal irradiation technique is superior to the conventional irradiation technique, which can achieve better target area fitness and high dose distribution and reduce the dose of surrounding normal tissue.
