企业培训大都针对成人进行的,这些学员有一定的工作经验、善于分析问题,是为了自身发展的需求,为了解决在工作中的问题而学习。以讲授为主的教学方法难以激发成人学习的兴趣,互动式教学可以充分发挥学员的长处。本文通过分析企业培训学员的特点,阐述了互动式教学在企业培训中的作用,然后详细列举了互动式教学在企业培训中的应用策略。以期提高培训教学的效果。
