为了降低烟火式气体发生器的产气温度,减少喷出的固体残渣,将出气孔设计在气体发生器的顶部,并采用自由装填的颗粒石子或多孔分子筛作为冷却过滤材料。实验表明:当气体发生剂为60g时,本研究气体发生器将出气口温度从423K降低到了325K,发生器内的残渣质量增加了3g;当气体发生剂为500g时,在本研究气体发生器充气过程中PVC气袋完好,内部最高温度不到80℃(353K)。结果表明本研究气体发生器可以使气体发生器产生气体的温度较低,从出气孔喷出的残渣较少,具有低温、无火、无烟的优良性能。
In order to reduce the gas production temperature of the pyrotechnic gas generator and to reduce the solid residue discharged, the gas outlet is designed on the top of the gas generator and free-charged granulated or porous molecular sieves are used as the cooling filter material. Experiments show that when the gas generating agent is 60g, the gas generator in this study reduces the outlet temperature from 423K to 325K, and the quality of the residue in the generator increases by 3g. When the gas generating agent is 500g, PVC inflatable bag in good condition, the maximum internal temperature of less than 80 ℃ (353K). The results show that the gas generator of this study can make the temperature of the gas generated by the gas generator lower and the residue discharged from the gas outlet less, and has the advantages of low temperature, no fire and no smoke.
